Order No. U-37392 accepts the Uncontested Stipulated Settlement filed into the record on August 4, 2025, which authorizes for Dixie Electric Membership Corporation to implement a formula rate plan and modifications to standard terms and conditions as well as associated rate schedules with the terms contained therein. This matter was considered at the September 17, 2025 Business and Executive Session.
