This Order provides that Common Carrier Certificate Number 8318 and Common Carrier Certificate Number 8316, currently issued to David Miller Investments, LLC, are canceled due to the failure of David Miller Investments, LLC to maintain proof of insurance coverage on file with the Commission. This Order further provides that David Miller Investments, LLC shall be required to pay to the Commission a $25 citation fee.
